International Women’s Day 2026 - Give to Gain.

When you ask Keiryn Warden what Give to Gain means to her, the answer comes without hesitation:

“It’s about nurturing people early in their journey and then watching them grow, evolve and elevate others with them.”

It’s a beautiful summary and one that perfectly reflects Keiryn’s journey at CTL. As one of the longest-standing team members who has worked closely with Catherine since the earliest days, she’s witnessed the organisation evolve from a team of three to more than 100. But what she’s most proud of isn’t the scale, it’s the growth.

Not just her own, but the growth she’s nurtured in others.

Passing it on: watching others rise

When Keiryn joined CTL, she had plenty of logistics experience but very little agency experience. Catherine poured knowledge, guidance and trust into her, and Keiryn soaked up everything she could.

Years later, she found herself in the mentor’s seat, teaching the next generation of CTL colleagues the dedication to excellence that at the heart of everything we do.

“It’s incredible,” Keiryn says. “You see the next layer of talent coming through and they’re strong. They’re shining, they’re doing it brilliantly.”

It’s the true definition of Give to Gain:
Learn → Pass it on → Watch it flourish.

Think beyond the immediate: a culture built on curious leadership

“Catherine is innately curious,” she says. “She always thinks beyond the immediate task. How does this fit? How does it connect? What’s the bigger ecosystem?”

That thinking has become part of CTL’s DNA.

It flows from Catherine → to the leads → to the next layer of leadership → and into the entire organisation.

It’s why CTL doesn’t just ‘deliver the brief’.
We think bigger.
We ask deeper questions.
We exceed expectations… especially when clients don’t yet know what they need.

This mindset is one of CTL’s greatest strengths, and one of the company’s most generous gifts.

A culture that has stayed the same. Even as the business has grown

Keiryn smiles when she talks about how CTL felt when it was just three people.

“And the crazy thing?” she says. “The culture is the same.”

Processes have grown. Structures have evolved. But the essence hasn’t changed.

Dynamic women.
Intelligent thinkers.
Multi-skilled leaders who bring both EQ and IQ to everything they do.

Keiryn references a speech she liked by Simon Sinek which summarises how she feels.

“Support isn’t weakness; it is strength. Helping others isn’t just kindness; it is how high-trust, high-performance cultures are built. Great leaders lift others as they climb.”

She adds that it’s a perfect description of the culture that we have at CTL.

“Catherine has embodied this and it's now a part of our identify and culture.”

Keiryn notes that everyone at CTL is constantly teaching each other, helping each other (without complaint), guiding, and supporting one another. When someone has knowledge and skill, they happily transfer that onto someone else so they can grow, develop and become better. Ultimately the company grows and benefits and so does each individual.

“We've never had a knowledge gatekeeping culture and that's what makes us grow strong, bigger and maintain our quality and quantity of work. It's wonderful, it feels special and we are demonstrating strong leadership qualities with this mindset.”

Motherhood, Leadership & Grace to Be Both

In an industry where becoming a parent often feels like a sacrifice or a setback, Keiryn sees something entirely different at CTL.

A place where women can lead and raise families. Where flexibility exists without question. Where trust is the default.

She recalls hearing another woman in a different corporate company recently say, “I can either be good at work or good at home… but never both.”
Keiryn disagrees.

“That’s not been my experience at CTL,” she says. “I work differently, yes. But I’m more balanced. And I’m supported.”

She can attend the school meetings. She can rearrange her day when needed. And no one questions her commitment, her capability or her leadership.

The result? Younger women are watching and rethinking what’s possible.

Many who once questioned if motherhood would derail their careers now see a different path. A path modelled by women like Keiryn, and other strong female leaders with families, and made possible by CTL’s culture.

Give to Gain: The Ripple Effect of Generosity

Keiryn’s story is the essence of Give to Gain: She received knowledge, support and confidence. She gave it back… teaching, mentoring and modelling strong leadership.

And the business has gained a future filled with strong, curious, empowered leaders.

It’s the ripple effect of generosity. It’s the culture Catherine built.
And it’s the reason CTL continues to thrive, grow and inspire.
